Oliver Valls, CodiTramuntana's CTO, from this month of May onward, is a new member of the Agile Alliance.

The Agile Alliance is a non-profit organization that promotes and supports all those developers that explore, apply and follow the principles and practices of agile methodology.

Agile software development consists of a series of working methodologies just perfect to face projects with a great level of complexity and/or uncertainty. And they do it through collaborative, motivated, self-organized and multifunctional teams.

There are lots of different methods of agile development. The majority of them promote development, team work, collaboration and adaptive processes during the whole cycle of life of the project.

From its very beginning, CodiTramuntana has always applied, as its basic working method and in all its projects, agile methodologies (SCRUM mainly) that allow an optimal organization and monitoring of all the work done.
