Conference on agile and Scrum technologies

Commitment VS Involvement

Next 8th May, CodiTramuntana's CTO, Oliver H. Valls, will do a training day for SMO's workers (Municipal Occupation Service) in Girona about agile technologies and Scrum.

This conference is organized by AENTEG for Girona Town Hall's SMO. CodiTramuntana and other companies associated with AENTEG, will be in charge of providing the different classes.

CodiTramuntana is responsible for conducting these classes for its expertise in the use of agile methodologies and, more specifically, Scrum.

This agile project management and Scrum conference will consist of an intensive training for attendants to get an idea of how these tools can help managing and implementing the project and also to see how they can optimize and improve the productivity on the work place.

Agile methodologies are based on growing the product iteratively and incrementally, discovering all its impediments as the project progresses and being able to remedy them from the very moment they are detected.

The conference will last 4 hours of theory that will be combined with case studies that the same attendants will have to solve.
