Software consulting for the installation and adaptation of the platform Decidim, citizen participation platform, for the Esparreguera City Council. Installation in the City Council servers. Web platform built with RoR with RWD design, adaptable to different devices (computer, tablet or mobile).

The platform allows the City Council to manage the municipality participatory processes and its broadcast. The management of participatory processes online, promotes a larger and cross-sectional citizen participation.

The information section allows the processes disclosure using static pages or by sending Newsletters to interested participants.

The different participation spaces, processes or assemblies, allow neighbors and / or the administration itself to generate proposals, which can then be voted, debated or shared on social networks. Once the results of the voting have been published, the platform allows the execution monitorization.

In addition to the information and participation in the elaboration and voting of proposals, the Decidim platform allows to manage different citizen participation processes: surveys, meetings, participatory budgets or proposals selection based on a budget limit.

The modules and functionalities of the platform were configured according to the needs of the client. Throughout the project, we provided technical consultancy, software training course and platform updates to the new versions.
