Gavà Participa

Technological support for configuration and maintenance of the citizen participation platform Decidim for the Gava City Council during the year 2018. Installation on external servers of the City Council. Web platform built with RoR with RWD that allows adaptation to various devices.

CodiTramuntana, thanks to its participation in the platform core development and its experience, has the necessary know-how for its implementation.

The information section allows the disclosure of information using static pages or sending Newsletters to interested participants.

The democratic participation platform Decidim, has different spaces for participation, processes and assemblies, where the municipality residents and / or the administration itself can generate their proposals, enabling their subsequent voting, debate and broadcast in social networks. Administrators have the option to configure how display the proposals votes. Additionally, the platform allows users to track the execution of the winning proposals.

On the other hand, users can answer surveys, participate in participatory budgets or select proposals based on a base budget.

The platform was adapted and configured according to the needs of the client. During the service, we offered technical consulting, software training course and platform updates. At the same time, a participation statistical list of the platform has been generated.
