Loyalty app for SEPA community
SEPA, Spanish Society of Periodontics and Osteointegration, wants to inform, interact and obtain feedback from their community of partners.
We created an app for their annual conference to give extra information to those attending. This app was successful and we expanded the project to make a Corporate App as a tool for gaining loyalty and communication between partners and the SEPA organisation.
The project includes data integration with the site and existing CRM.
The Society iOS App and Android App are managed with a CMS developed on a RoR web platform.
Currently, the app has corporate functions and can show a sample of new contents and features for the events of their congresses.
One of the challenges overcome was starting a project with minimum functions with reduced time. And from there, expanding the functionalities according to the feedback and needs of the users.
SEPA and its Foundation (Fundació Espanyola de Periodòncia i Implants Dentals – Spanish Foundation of Periodontics and Dental Implants) has the main objective of improving oral health, specifically the health of tissues and structures that surround and hold down teeth (periodontics) and implants, including the gums.
The Society has around 4,800 members and more than 50 strategic collaborators.
