Workday register (Web application + Mobile App)

Platform development (web application + mobile App) to allow the Comunitat de Regants del Canal d’Urgell comply with the workday daily register regulation.

The project consisted in the development of the worker’s App for Android, to facilitate them the registration of their work hours (entry / exit), and the company Back-Office development (RoR web software) from which administrators can control and manage the register of the employee's workday hours.

Features of the workday control app for Android

The App for Android includes a user registration and authentication system and a screen that allow workers to record their entry and exit work hours. The data sending of the worker hours (entry / exit) to the Back-Office database includes the geo-positioning of the worker.

The platform Back-Office program development allow the administrators to manage the different users permissions and control the hours registration of their workers. The control list of the registration of the employees working hours includes search filters and a detailed section for each employee, which includes a positioning map of their entrances and exits. The working hours data of the platform can be exported via csv or pdf for its availability or presentation.
