Decidim permits you to perform a consultancy that allows you to ask a clear question to all people who form an organization, to call on them to participate in the consultation, to boost and manage a debate for or against an answer, etc.The date of the consultation allows you to vote and publish the results of the votes.
Consultations may refer to almost any aspect of an organization. Some examples are to change the organization's name or logo by offering various alternatives, decide whether or not to be part of a larger organization, validate or reject a new strategic plan or the result of a task force, or define whether the positions should remain a maximum of 1, 2 or 3 mandates.
With the Decidim query space you can make multi queries, you can set a start date and an end date, you can attach documents and embed explanatory videos for people who are going to respond to the query, you can manage the results (see results and publish them) and always ensure the maximum safety and inviolability of the vote: there is no provision to modify the results.
