We identify areas for improvement and optimisation in your SME's current business processes, as well as defining a customised process improvement plan in key areas. Instead of a business process, this consultancy service can be oriented towards the optimisation of one of the production or manufacturing processes. In either case, we make use of techniques related to artificial intelligence, including the creation of a use case adapted to the business.
Activities
We undertake a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of improvements in business or production processes:
- Understand your SME's strategic goals, key points and objectives and align them with a focus on digitisation, the use of artificial intelligence and business process improvement (or, if applicable, selected manufacturing process).
- Analyse your current business processes to identify possible improvements. In the case of production processes, an analysis of the selected manufacturing process will be carried out, identifying areas of opportunity for efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate with your SME's employees the strategic relevance of digitising processes, highlighting how this not only optimises daily work, but also strengthens competitiveness.
- Provide expert advice on business process management tools and artificial intelligence, ranging from sales and human resources to project management, and highlighting specific solutions to improve efficiency and quality. If a manufacturing process has been chosen instead, advice will be provided on tools and technology for the optimisation and automation of that production process.
- Develop and execute a use case adapted to your SME, using the appropriate techniques, for the optimisation of a business process or, if applicable, a manufacturing process.
- Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of business processes or, where appropriate, production processes.

- 10 < 50 employees: 6.000€.
- 50 < 100 employees: 6.000€.
- 100 < 250 employees: 6.000€
