The Project
Installation and configuration of a SugarCRM (Customer Relationship Management) to allow the Novelec commercial team to segment and generate online marketing campaigns to its customers. The project included the integration (synchronization) of the CRM with the rest of the company's information systems (ERP, web / ecommerce and Call Center) and the migration of the "old" database to the program.
The Client
This is a company specialised in distributing materials for installating and maintaining electricity, fluids, climatisation and VDI, providing consultancy and solutions throughout Spain.
