Cooperative Group

Installation and configuration of a SuiteCRM, an open source CRM, to centralize the commercial information and the cooperatives stakeholders information of the SOM COOPERATIVA cooperative group.

The SuiteCRM adaptation has allowed to have different user roles, allowing some users to manage information from their cooperative and others from all group corporations. Additionally, apart from the configuration of the entities available on the application, new entities have been created to facilitate, for example, managements related to the different cooperative members (consumer partners / working partners).

Moreover, a dual training system was offered, with face-to-face and telematic sessions, about the SuiteCRM use in the different headquarters of the cooperatives.
